Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Operate independently while armed, including appropriate use of handcuffs Manage and control crowds or bystanders, including during high-mobility situations Demonstrate sound judgment in high-pressure scenarios, including shoot/no-shoot decisions Respond swiftly to emergencies, including navigating obstacles with agility Pursue and detain combative individuals as necessary Escort detained individuals with appropriate support Execute additional duties as assigned by

FEMA Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship (mandatory) Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Active or prior experience in a security role Active Florida G License Minimum age of 21 Strong physical condition

Preferred Qualifications:

First Aid and CPR certifications Background in law enforcement or military service Experience with surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV) Proficiency in conflict resolution and loss prevention
