2 PM- 10:30 PM, must have open availability when needed Overview The Corporate Security Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and associated property in various corporate locations through strict access control, video surveillance and diligent active patrol. Primary Responsibilities Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of all employees, visitors and designated areas Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges) Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed • Monitor alarms and security cameras Additional Primary Responsibilities MS Office Solid organizational skills Customer Service Good communication & written skills Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience Physical Demands Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping Additional hours may be required during October, November, and December and other peak periods May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater Must be able to frequently lift/lower, push, carry, or pull 56lbs This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
