Your duties will involve patrolling assigned areas, responding to emergencies, and engaging with the public to foster trust and cooperation. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills, a commitment to community service, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity. Respond promptly to calls for service, including emergencies and non-emergencies. Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, gathering evidence and witness statements. Write detailed reports documenting all activities, investigations, and arrests. Enforce laws and regulations while ensuring the rights of individuals are respected. Manage conflicts effectively, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Provide assistance in animal handling situations as needed. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in surveillance, first aid, CPR, and law enforcement practices. Experience Candidates should ideally possess the following skills: Certification in law enforcement or related field. Proficiency in report writing to document incidents accurately. Experience in surveillance techniques for monitoring activities. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management abilities to resolve disputes effectively.
