The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively. Duties Attend mandatory training call. Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide detailed reports of incidents or suspicious activities. Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potential disputes among individuals on the property. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Qualifications Current Florida Class D Security License Must submit to background screening check. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
