Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the facility
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents
• Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with any security-related concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Valid security certificate or license
• Experience in surveillance and operating CCTV systems
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
• Military or law enforcement background is preferred
• First aid, CPR, and conflict management training is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
