The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus. Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
