Job Description As a Hospital Security Site Supervisor , you will serve and safeguard clients in a Healthcare, Facility. The Hospital Security Site Supervisor will undertake managing the activities of the security staff, who provide safety to the client’s healthcare premises and the protection of their staff, members, and visitors. The Hospital Security Site Supervisor will oversee the healthcare security operations, as well as the supervision and training of the healthcare security officers to ensure full coverage of posts. This role will identify and report incidents, ensure the safety of the healthcare premises and direct and monitor performance of security officers in a friendly and professional manner. Shifts Available Afternoon Morning Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Provide overall operational supervision of security personnel at a healthcare location Assist in the training of security personnel and review post orders Prepare daily payroll sign-in sheets and forward to the
Account Manager Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of verifiable supervisory experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
