Security Specialist Critical Response Strategies Naples, FL 34114
Position Overview:
We are seeking disciplined, reliable, and experienced Security Specialist for rapid deployment to support operations at temporary facilities across the country. These roles are contingent upon contract award and are ideal for professionals with a background in corrections, law enforcement, or military police. Security Specialists must be prepared to work 84 hours per week on a set rotational schedule (4-6 weeks on / 2 weeks off), in camp-like, high-security environments .
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain perimeter security and supervise detainee activities Monitor surveillance in CCTV control rooms Enforce facility rules and regulations while ensuring safety and order Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and altercations Conduct inspections, headcounts, and searches Write incident reports and daily activity logs Serve as armed security, if appropriately licensed Maintain professionalism under high-stress conditions Work cooperatively with supervisors, team members, and external agencies
Compensation & Assignment Details:
Temporary W2 assignment (no benefits) Housing and meals provided on base (no travel allowance or per diem) 84 hours/week , 12-hour shifts, set schedule Expected project duration: up to 12 months Multiple sites across the country – travel readiness required Preferred Qualifications (One or More of the Following):
Valid Unarmed-Security License Valid Armed-Security License Retired Law Enforcement Officer Former Military Police Experienced Corrections Officer Requirements:
