Role:
Centurion Protective Services, LLC is hiring professional, unarmed Security Officers for a major construction project in Downtown Jacksonville. Officers will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support overall site safety.
Responsibilities:
Control access at designated site entry/exit points Verify ID and authorization for all personnel and vehicles Perform regular patrols and enforce site access protocols Report security incidents and irregularities immediately Coordinate with site supervisors and emergency responders Maintain a visible and professional presence on site Follow construction site safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid unarmed security license, (D license). Must be at least 18 years old Able to stand/walk outdoors for long periods Able to work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions Clean background and ability to pass screening Strong communication and observation skills Uniformed, punctual, and reliable
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior construction site security experience preferred
