Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant Door Person to join our team. The Door Person will be responsible for maintaining security and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons and staff.

Duties:

• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the premises
• Check identification of individuals to verify legal age requirements
• Assist in crowd control during peak hours or special events
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or disturbances
• Collaborate with security personnel to enforce safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries or directions

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Prior experience in a security-related role is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
• Understanding of CCTV surveillance systems
• Background in law enforcement or military is a plus
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively
• Possession of relevant certifications in security or related fields
