The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential threats. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage conflict situations with effective communication and de-escalation techniques. Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities or behaviors. Requirements Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
