Security Officer in Jacksonville Nation Security Services Jacksonville, FL 32238
Duties:
- Regularly patrol and monitor the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to maintain compliance and safety.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms and emergency situations.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and document findings.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify suspicious activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid security license or certification.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
