Pool Area Description:
Warden Protection Services is hiring professional, observant, and community-minded security officers for a position in a Brooksville HOA community pool. This is a high-visibility, resident-facing role focused on safety, rule enforcement, and maintaining a peaceful environment.
Schedule:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Up to 66 hours/week available across multiple shifts
Responsibilities:
Monitor access to the community pool Enforce HOA rules and prevent unauthorized use Maintain a visible, courteous presence De-escalate conflicts as needed Complete simple incident and daily activity logs
Requirements:
Valid Florida Class D Security License Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work outdoors Punctual and reliable Previous HOA or residential patrol experience a plus
