This is not a full-time post, but a flexible, as-needed position where you may be contacted for high-priority coverage, special events, executive protection or emergency post coverage. Ideal candidates will possess a strong command presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to rapidly respond to shifting environments with professionalism and discretion. Your role will be to support high-profile venues, emergency response efforts, and short-notice assignments with the same caliber of vigilance and hospitality expected of our full-time security staff. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any maintenance or safety issues. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure public safety. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports on any security-related events daily for shifts Experience Strong communication skills and with the strong ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively. Previous experience law enforcement, or military service is preferred. A valid armed security officer license or certification is required.
