Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at Tampa Residential Facility in Tampa, Florida✨ Tampa Residential Facility (TRF) is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require substance abuse, major disorder, and intensive medical services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program

Pay:

$21/hour

The Group Supervisor provides independent judgment and authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff. Group Supervisor provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the staff’s needs and development, as well as, youth’s needs; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities. Group Supervisors also evaluate and develop staff and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each employees’ development plan and each youth’s treatment plan.

To be considered you should:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ One year of experience working with at-risk youth ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
