The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage access control, monitor activities, and respond effectively to any incidents that may arise. Responsibilities Monitor the entrance and exit points of the facility to ensure authorized access only. Greet guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, providing assistance as needed. Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of property. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential conflicts and manage any disputes that may arise. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as required during incidents. Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs for reporting purposes. Requirements Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is a plus. Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV) is advantageous. A background in military service is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
