Look no further! We are currently seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious property in Ruskin, FL.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patrols on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the security of designated areas. Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly. Ensure guest safety and property security by enforcing pool and beach closure procedures. Secure clubhouse amenities following proper closure and security protocols. Address noise complaints and enforce quiet hours policies. Utilize technology platforms for incident documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred. Possession of a Class D Security License and valid driver’s license. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to enforce policies with professionalism and tact. Attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Physical ability to walk 10,000 to 15,000 steps per shift.
