This position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state, as driving may be part of your responsibilities. PM Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required. Support the healthcare staff and visitors by providing directions and general assistance as needed. Document all incidents and activities in accordance with site protocols and company guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
