As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a financial institution setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the location by vehicle as needed. PM What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location.
Assist employees and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas.
Document and communicate any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for this unarmed Allied Universal Security role.
Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
