• Afternoon Shift in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with individuals on site, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability. This position does not require driving or carrying a weapon.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observing for any irregularities. The working environment and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Experience providing customer service is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
