Qualifications:

The skills and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:; Proficiency in writing reports; Strong observation and quick decision-making skills Proficiency in using electronics; Consistently wear a sharp uniform; High level of customer service skills; Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of property and personnel. Respond to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor for suspicious activities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their concerns. Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
