We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to provide temporary patrol services in a residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, patrolling the premises, monitoring activity, and responding to any potential security issues.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols throughout the community to ensure safety and security. Monitor and report suspicious activities or security incidents. Enforce community rules and regulations as required. Respond to alarms or calls for assistance. Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats. Write detailed incident reports when necessary. Work closely with residents, management, and local authorities.

Requirements:

Valid security guard license (Florida D Licence). Previous experience in security or patrol is preferred. Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. Must be able to work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods. Availability for shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends, if required.
