Full Job Description Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able read, write, speak and understand English fluently Must be 21 years old, or older Must have a Class “D” License, or blue card Must have reliable transportation (a shared family vehicle or using rideshare services does not meet this requirement) Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean 3 year MRV report Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Flex Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to various assignments as needed. The Flex Officer will play a crucial role in surveillance, loss prevention, and conflict management while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate CCTV systems to oversee premises and ensure the safety of personnel and property. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary. Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately. Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing assistance during emergencies. Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential situations effectively. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures. Requirements Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A militarized background or experience in law enforcement can be advantageous. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
