Unarmed Security Officer Weiser Fort Myers, FL 33908 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing appropriate responses to incidents. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage to property. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for further review.
