The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. The Armed Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR when necessary. Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. A valid armed security license or certification is required.
