Responsibilities:

• Greet, check-in, and direct visitors in a professional manner
• Enforce access control measures to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises
• Monitor operational procedures and maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and guests
• Write detailed accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Monitor and authorize the entrance of vehicles or individuals on the property
• Ensure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational at all times
• Periodically check surveillance cameras to identify any disruptions or unlawful activities
• Submit daily surveillance activity reports and document important occurrences

Skills:

• Possession of an Active Class D Security License
• Proficiency in speaking fluent English
• Valid and in good standing driver’s license (not a permit or hardship license)
• Ownership of reliable transportation for commuting to work
• Familiarity with CPR, First Aid, and conflict management techniques
