Commission-Only Sales & Business Development Pro – Armed Security Officer Services Are you a seasoned sales closer in the security guard services industry? Do you have a proven track record of high-volume sales, especially in patrol-based and multi-property accounts? If so, we want to talk to you. We’re seeking a commission-only sales & business development representative to help expand our business in the private security market. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential-perfect for an independent, motivated sales expert who knows how to bring in business.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience selling contract security guard services (must-have)
- Strong network and knowledge of local/regional markets
- Track record of closing multi-property, patrol-based accounts
- Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
