Security Guard (Unarmed) ESTP Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211 WEEKLY PAY! 7:00AM – 3:00PM $17.00 Hourly Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities. Document incidents and prepare reports as required. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Skills Certification in security or law enforcement is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations. Knowledge of CPR and first aid practices is essential. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies. Proficient in the use of surveillance systems, including CCTV. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a militarized environment. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
