The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our assigned locations. This position requires a proactive approach to prevent incidents, respond to emergencies, and ensure the protection of personnel and property. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including CCTV surveillance, to ensure security protocols are followed. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for review by management. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive security measures are upheld. Qualifications Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Possession of relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or conflict management training is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is advantageous for monitoring activities effectively. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security threats quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
