Position Details:

• Pay Range:

  $20

• $35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

• Start Date:

  Immediate openings available

• professional appearance is mandatory)

Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed and certified to carry a firearm in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience in armed security or law enforcement preferred
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
• Proven ability to manage and de-escalate conflict situations
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work various shifts (including nights and weekends if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor premises and report any suspicious behavior
• Provide assistance and ensure safety for clients, employees, and visitors
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, using de-escalation when needed
