This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. Possess the ability to apply common sense knowledge and technical skills to correct problems in the field. Capable of prioritizing tasks and setting priorities during the work shift. Present a positive and professional image. Ability to work independently. Other duties as may be assigned. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Observe and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or violations. Respond promptly to incidents, managing conflicts and providing assistance as needed. Utilize surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities. Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, reporting any irregularities to management. Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies when necessary to uphold security standards. Provide a visible and approachable presence, greet and assist residents and visitors. Offer assistance during emergencies and direct individuals to safe locations as necessary.

Required qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have a valid Class D License; You must have a valid Driver’s License. Certification in first aid and CPR required. Must be able to read, write and understand English Ability to speak Spanish, must be Bilingual You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check You must be able to pass a drug screen You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)

Monday

• Tuesday 11:59pm to 7:59am and Saturday
• Sunday 11pm to 7am (Concierge) Saturday
• Tuesday from 10pm to 6am (Gatehouse) Tuesday
• Wednesday from 11pm to 7am and Friday
• Saturday from 10pm to 6am ( Foot patrol/ Gatehouse) Thursday
