The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring the protection of property and personnel while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within the facility. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations as needed. Skills Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle disputes or confrontations. Proficient in surveillance techniques and operation of CCTV systems. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
