Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Director of Security to lead security operations for a condominium property in Sunny Isles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, proven leadership skills, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations for the property Lead and coordinate a team of security officers, ensuring professionalism and effectiveness Respond promptly to incidents and unexpected situations with sound judgment Maintain a secure environment for residents, guests, and staff Enforce property rules and uphold community standards with a courteous and professional demeanor Liaise with building management and emergency services when needed Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and shift documentation ___________________________________________________________________________________________
Requirements:
Valid Florida Class D Security License Previous experience in security leadership experience, preferably in residential or condominium settings Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Must present a clean, professional appearance in uniform Visible tattoos should be covered while on duty to maintain a polished and professional image Flexible availability, including the ability to respond to unplanned or urgent situations ___________________________________________________________________________________________________
