The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams, security operations, customer care and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record. Salary $18.50 -$19.00 Per Hr. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on security sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and program specifications. Utilize software tools such as Trak Tik Reporting, Vertilinc and Building Link platforms. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed by the security team. Train and monitor personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and members of the general public. Skills .
