JOB DESCRIPTION

Pulmus7 is looking for a professional, experienced Security Unarmed Agent in Broward and Miami Dade County (immediate start). The agent will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting a key group of facilities during overnight hours. The job requires a high level of self-discipline, commitment, and an overall good sense of proactiveness. POSITION SUMMARY

As an overnight security officer at a construction site, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the property and ensure the safety of any individuals present in the area. You will perform regular patrols by vehicle, on foot, or by bike, thoroughly inspecting all locations for any suspicious activities. Your role encompasses monitoring security systems, reacting to alarms, minimizing risks, and efficiently managing incidents and emergencies. Clear communication with management and fellow security staff, along with meticulous record-keeping, is critical. Your objective is to foster a secure environment through diligent patrols, vigilant security system oversight, prompt incident response, and effective communication.

SCHEDULE

Daily from 7 PM till 7 AM (overnight)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be 23 years of age or older. Previous security-related work experience. Working knowledge of basic security techniques. Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage. High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory). Authorized to work in the United States Valid Class D License Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed. A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required. Possess a valid and current driver’s license. Strong command of the English language (Others is an advantage). High Self-Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility, strong leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills, very proactive, and outstanding attention to detail. Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed. Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training’.
