10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and proactive Pool Rover Security Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being on the move, and is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all tenants and visitors. The Pool Rover is responsible for patrolling designated areas, including poolside and common areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding promptly to incidents. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the pool area, parking lot, and building hallways. Monitor for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Provide courteous and helpful customer service to residents and guests. Document and report all security incidents, violations, and unusual activities. Enforce property rules and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Qualifications Valid Florida Class D Security License (required). Minimum 1 year of security experience , preferably in residential or hospitality settings. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor. State license
