Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura FL As a Retail Security Officer your primary focus will be providing a safe environment and deterring theft by actively by greeting customers, responding to door alarms, and maintaining constant awareness of all activity within the store.

Duties :

Greet customers, respond to door control alarms, identify potential shoplifters Serve as a strong bouncer-like presence to promote a safe environment Deescalate stressful situations while maintaining a professional composure Must be willing and able to utilize your personal smartphone to download applications for incident reporting, communication, and clocking into post. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Must Possess FL Security D License Must speak English (Bilingual Spanish a plus) Must carry true bouncer physique Loss prevention/asset protection/bouncer experience preferred Must have availability to work retail hours to include weekend days.
