Security and Access Control Specialist High Rise Luxury Condominum 888 Brickell Key Drive, Miami, FL 33131 Job Summary Patrol premises, monitor cameras and entrances. Takes photographs to attach to reports and communicates to office of all incidents. Escort’s residents or visitors to units when needed. Escort pest control person. Delivers envelopes or packages to units. Coverage of all departments when needed. Posts signs in common areas and delivers internal resident letters to all the units. Ensure that all mechanical equipment is working properly. Perform move in/out inspections. Monitors all common areas; addresses and reports on all items or incidents that are unusual. Addresses resident complaints regarding noise and/or those who are breaking the rules. Qualifications and Skills Bilingual – English & Spanish High School Diploma Security License helpful, unarmed position.
