Job Description:

Must be between the ages of 45 – 65 years old (if not do not apply) Observe and report suspicious activities and persons. Follow directions of supervisor and Condominium Property Manager Respond to alarms and security related incidents. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and detail oriented Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems. A reliable transportation must be willing and able to drive to North Bay Village. Write incident reports and maintain daily logs. Provide needed assistance to resident, Visitor, Vendors, Co-workers, and Management. Follow all Condominium Rules and Regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be between the ages of 45 – 65 years old (if not do not apply) Bilingual – English and Spanish is a must .

Security:

3 years (Preferred) High School Diploma or GED Required. Valid Class D Security Officer License is preferred. Be able to provide customer service in a professional manner. Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods. be able to work in a positive team-based environment.

Schedule:

8-hour shift Day shift Night shift Overnight shift Holidays Weekends
