The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify security risks or breaches. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergencies. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and reporting them accordingly. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required. Certification in security-related fields is advantageous. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and techniques is essential. Training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in loss prevention practices will be considered an asset.
