Job Description As a Security Guard – Luxury High-rise , you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age. Must have excellent customer service, be professional & responsible. Required, ability to use a computer or tablet. Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
