The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a strong commitment to loss prevention. The Security Officer will monitor premises through CCTV and surveillance systems, respond to incidents, and enforce safety protocols. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Manage conflicts with professionalism, utilizing conflict management techniques as needed. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to loss prevention. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
