The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the overall security of the premises. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Document incidents and prepare reports as required. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during investigations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Requirements Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques. Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Physical fitness to perform duties that may involve standing for extended periods or responding quickly in emergencies. A military background is a plus but not mandatory.
