Job Summary:

As a Security Officer, you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients. Your role is essential in maintaining a secure, welcoming, and professional environment. You will monitor store activity, assist with customer interactions, and represent the brand with dignity and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon entry and exit Maintain a visible, vigilant presence to deter theft and ensure safety Monitor customer flow and report any suspicious activity promptly Stand for prolonged periods throughout your shift Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, staff, and management Adhere strictly to time and attendance policies; punctuality is critical Assist in emergency situations per store safety protocols Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed consistently

Qualifications:

Prior experience in security, retail, or customer service preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain composed and professional in high-traffic or high-pressure situations Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be dependable and punctual High school diploma or equivalent required Valid security license
