Compensation:

Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 2-4 years of verifiable security experience. Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance. Candidates must meet the company’s established grooming standards. Must have strong customer service skills. Must have a valid Class D Security Officer License Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening. Strong command of the English language (Bilingual in Spanish is required) Must have basic computer skills. _______________________________________
Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Investigate alarms or disturbances and act accordingly
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Provide customer service to our clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
Skills:
- Conflict management
- Surveillance techniques
- First aid knowledge
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures
- Experience in loss prevention strategies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
