Security Overnight High Rise Luxury Condominum Miami, FL 33131 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques. Operate CCTV systems for surveillance purposes. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Provide assistance in emergency situations, including administering CPR and first aid when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Skills Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively. Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for surveillance monitoring. Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable. Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
