Security Rover (Bilingual) Kent Services Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160
Position Title:
Security Rover As a Security Rover, your primary role will be to ensure the safety and security of a residential building. Your main duties will involve patrolling the area, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular perimeter patrols to maintain a visible security presence Promptly respond to alarms and incidents offering assistance when needed Enforce community rules and regulations while remaining courteous and professional Prepare detailed incident reports to communicate findings to the security management team.
Qualifications:
1 year of previous experience in security is mandatory, also the possession of a Class D Security License is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
Working Schedule:
Monday – Friday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday – 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. State license
