Requirements Position Title:
Security Rover As a Security Rover, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of a residential building. Main responsibilities will include patrolling the perimeter, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the area, ensuring a visible security presence.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Class D Security License required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Schedule:
