As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will serve andsafeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial RealEstate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The SecurityShift Supervisor will function as a liaison between the sitesupervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, andprofessional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shifts,providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approvedempowerment range.

$19/per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age. Required, ability to use a computer or tablet. Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of theweather for the entire shift. Must be Flexible with schedule. Possibility of Overtime. The supervisor must be available to cover extra shifts whenneeded. Good Attendance and Punctuality is necessary. Previous Shift Supervisor Experience Required. Costumer Service Experience. Must comply with continuous training and active AdministrativeWork. Complete Tours and Checks inside and outside the building/truckyard. Reliable Transportation. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods oftime. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years ofverifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to abackground investigation in accordance with all federal, state, andlocal laws. Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assignedclient site. Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shiftsupervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll,training, coaching, development, and support. Ensure the client site is provided with high quality securityservices to protect people and property. Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with bothclients and employees. Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safetyand security procedures, site-specific policies and, ifappropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problemsolving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business andperimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by clientsite. Must possess effective written and oral communication andpeople skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel andthe public in a professional and effective manner; must be able touse initiative and independent judgment within establishedguidelines. Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and log inneat, legible handwriting. Must be able to read and understand all operating proceduresand instructions. Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wirelesstechnology at client specific sites. Ability to manage both common and crisis situations at theclient site, calmly and efficiently.
