Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site security personnel and schedules. Train, mentor, and develop security staff to meet performance standards. Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management. Knowledge of security procedures, compliance, and best practices. Valid D, G, and Driver’s License. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Willingness to work at various client locations, both indoors and outdoors. Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods. Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
